A little about us...

Practically Organized (Systemiqs' sister company) began helping clients in October 2001 in response to nationwide downsizing and panic over the economy. Our mission back then was to use technology to help individuals and businesses get a handle on their personal data.

Since then, the use of the Internet, digital media, and mobile technology has exploded. With that came an exponential growth in types of data and the amount of data that companies and individuals need to have at their fingertips. Building on our founder's background in television and digital media, Practically Organized transitioned from a technical organizing company into a data and media management company focusing on web-integrated databases and real-time reporting.

Recognizing that people play a critical role in the success of any business system, we explored the fields of psychology, human development, and neuroscience to gain insight into how people work. What we discovered was that theories related to human systems were not unlike the theories that governed the success of data systems.

It was out of this revelation that Systemiqs was born. This new company takes the best that technology has to offer, combines it with insight into how people learn and retain information, and uses that knowledge to create unique, intelligent solutions for companies who want to thrive in this information-driven economy.

Wendy Ronitz-Baker, Chief Information Architect

Wendy Ronitz-Baker, founder of Practically Organized and Systemiqs, LLC, has over 15 years of experience working in technology-driven corporate and entertainment environments. Her strength is being able to see the big picture of where a company needs to go in terms of information accessibility and system efficiency, and then designing and implementing systems to achieve those goals. She has worked for large and diverse clients such as ESPN and the Blue Man Group, but her passion is working with small and medium businesses looking to take their companies to a new level. She holds advanced degrees in Digital Media Production, Systems Administration, and Conscious Evolution. She is also a member of the Neuroscience Leadership Institute.
